We reported more than a month ago Canadian carrier Virgin Mobile plans to launch the Samsung Galaxy Ace II.
Today, the folks over at MobileSyrup have just been tipped on the upcoming release of the Galaxy Ace II at Bell Canada and Koodo Mobile.
According to the latest hearsay, Samsung Galaxy Ace II will be released at all three Canadian carriers on November 15.
We also noticed that Samsung will launch a slightly improved version of Galaxy Ace II in Canada. The smartphone is referred to as Samsung Galaxy Ace II x and comes with a few enhanced features in comparison with the standard model.
For example, the original Galaxy Ace II comes with a 3.8-inch PLS TFT capacitive touchscreen display, whereas the Galaxy Ace II x has been confirmed to sport a 4.0-inch display with support for 480 x 800 pixels resolution.

There's more to it as the Galaxy Ace x packs 1GB of RAM, slightly more than the standard variant which features only 768MB of RAM.
The rest of the specs sheets seem to be similar, so expect the Canadian Samsung Galaxy Ace II x to come with a 5-megapixel rear camera and VGA front-facing camera for video calls.
In addition, the smartphone drains energy from a 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is rated by the manufacturer for up to 670 hours of standby time or up to 16 hours of talk time (7 hours in 3G mode).
