Android 4.1-Based Acer V360 Emerges in Live Photos


Computer maker Acer is reportedly getting ready for the launch of a new smartphone running under Google’s Android operating system, and the device has just emerged in a new set of photos, courtesy of vr-zone.

Dubbed Acer V360, the phone is expected to arrive on shelves with the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on it, as well as with a 4.5-inch touchscreen capable of delivering a qHD resolution (960 x 540 pixels).

The new smartphone is said to include a 1GHz dual-core processor inside, as well as a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a 2MP camera on the front for making video calls.

The specs list of this device is also said to include DTS Audio Enhancement Technology. The smartphone will reportedly measure 132 x 68.5 x 9.9 mm and will weigh 140 grams. Acer might launch it at $300 (€227), rumor has it.
