New Chromebook Ads Look Low Budget, As If Made on the Chromebook Itself [Video]

Google is continuing its barrage of Chromebook ads to promote the new and ultra-cheap laptop it has just introduced. These new ads continue the "for everyone" campaign. Google ads have always been minimalistic and have always featured little of the product they're trying to sell.

But these couple of last ones set a new landmark in minimalistic design, essentially, they're made up of just a bunch of text which explains what the new Chromebooks are "for" and a shot of the new device at the very end.

The distinctive music helps, but other than that, these ads are as low budget as they get, there's no need for actors, just one guy with a laptop could have put them together in a few tens of minutes.

Having said that, it's very unlikely that this is actually how they were made, Google probably had a huge team and a lot of resources thrown at them.
